We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor. demonstrated experience in supervising internship positions counseling individuals, children, families, leading groups & case management for foster youth in THPP. Must comply with California licensure requirements and eligible to provide supervision to registered Associates and Trainees. Compensation: $30.54 hourly for this Part-time position. May extend to fulltime hours, carrying a caseload up to ten cases.

Program Supervisor I for Adult Outpatient
Under administrative and clinical supervision, the Program Supervisor I will supervise, coordinate and provide mental health services to individuals and families; to plan, organize and direct the activities of one or more functional units within Tri-CITY Mental Health Services and enforce policies and procedures. The Program Supervisor I will assist in facilitating all FSP meetings and be available to review Welligent EHR (Electronic Health Records) Full Service Partnership (FSP) records, documentation and be responsible for staff maintaining their productivity at 70% or better.
Master’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology and/or Social Work. Registration (license) by Board by California BBS and ability to supervise and sign off on BBS hours for clinical intern staff. Must have 2-4 years experience in the Mental Health field, including managerial/supervisory experience. Must have Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Welligent (EHR) or Electronic Health Record experience. Must be proficient in LA County DMH documentation standards. Must be willing to work in a team environment.
