Exhibitors needing to order electrical service, A/V equipment, onsite internet, banner hanging and information on shipping to the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara please download the appropriate form below. If ordering electric service be sure to send the PSAV order form directly to PSAV and not CAMFT.

Take One Table or Tote Bag Insert Service Details and Information
CAMFT offers an opportunity for A Take One Table for 250 pieces of literature at a cost of $300, or a Tote Bag Insert Service for 850 pieces of marketing material at a cost of $450. Pieces may be a flyer, catalogue or give-away item, and must be no larger than 81/2” x 11”. This can be purchased in addition to a booth or separately. The literature must shipped directly to the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, and it must arrive no later than Monday, May 1, 2017. Please use this special mailing address for marketing material either of these purchases services:

Internet Onsite Order Guide

Electrical and Audio Visual Order Form

To order wireless Internet onsite cost effectively, first print the Internet Onsite Order Guide and take it with you to the conference. To order onsite, simply connect to the wireless network called “Exhibitor Internet” and then open up your web browser. The splash page for Exhibitor Internet will appear with fields for credit card information, number of days of service, and Login ID and Password (Which are determined by the user). You can order it for one day at $ 79.99 per day/per device, or 2or3 Days at $159.99 total per device. An invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

Electrical and Audio Visual Order Form

For exhibitors needing basic electrical service the cost is $40 per day plus service charges and tax. The total cost for basic electrical service for three days is $164.43. To order electrical service for your exhibit booth please download, complete the blue areas on the form, and send the order form directly to PSAV. (Please do not send the order form to CAMFT) This form may be used for audio visual equipment orders as well.

Exhibitor Card Game and Drawings
CAMFT would like to help drive attendee traffic to your exhibit tables during all meal breaks. To do this we have decided to hold an Exhibitor Card Game. This game creates a lot of excitement and in the past has proven to be very successful for all involved as well as a dynamite marketing opportunity for your company.

The premise of the game is for attendees to complete the game card with the answers to questions previously provided by the participating exhibitors. When complete, attendees drop their card in the drop box at the conference registration desk to enter into one of three drawings for prizes provided by the Exhibitors and CAMFT. The prize drawings will take place on Thursday, May 4, at the welcome reception, Friday May 5, at the afternoon power break and Saturday, May 6, at the afternoon power break. Prizes are valued at up to $150 in gift cards or exhibitor products or services, and a grand prize offered by CAMFT, a full pass to CAMFT’s 54th Annual Conference in 2018. Attendees must be present to win the prizes! Only one completed game card per paid attendee will be accepted as a valid entry.

If you are an Exhibitor interested in participating, be sure to email with two marketing questions about your company, the answer to your questions, and the prize and value of your donation by end of day Friday, April 21, 2017. No entry requests will be accepted after that date. Professional game cards, custom signs and a grand prize will be provided by CAMFT.
