Conference Confirmation:
Your conference registration will be confirmed if postmarked by Friday, April 28, 2017. Please call and confirm faxed-in conference registrations or registrations mailed after April 28. Hotel confirmations will be sent by the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara. Tickets for paid events will be provided with your registration materials on-site at the pre-registration desk. For Thursday paid luncheon, Friday Educators Luncheon and Saturday PAC Luncheon, you MUST submit a ticket for admittance—no exceptions.

Registration: Full Conference registration includes featured morning and afternoon sessions, all-day workshops, session handouts, exhibit hall, annual membership meeting, Breakfasts, Afternoon Power Breaks, Thursday and Friday Sponsored Lunches in the exhibit hall, Thursday Welcome Reception with one complimentary drink and free networking events. The speaker Thursday luncheon, Friday Educators Luncheon and Saturday PAC Luncheon are priced separately. After Friday, April 28, 2017, please register at-door.

Fees: If you are attending only one day of the conference, you are entitled to attend all events on that day, except for the speaker lunches and PAC luncheon, since there is a separate fee for these events. You may attend another day’s events if you purchase tickets for those events.

Payment: Check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We prefer not to take cash.

Continuing Education: 35 CE Hours possible for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs; 25 CE Hours possible for RNs; and, 23 CE Hours possible for Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors
Please note: As of 2017, CAMFT will no longer offer CE Credits to Psychologists.

CE Certificates are provided onsite. No additional fees for initial CE certificates! For Replacement certificates: The first replacement certificate is free. There is a charge of $10 per workshop/session certificate.

CAMFT is approved for CE credits by: The Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider# PCE 50) for LMFTs, LEPs, LPCCs, and LCSWs; Provider Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider# CEP 4046) for number of contact hours and the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP-EI Provider #1S-95-319-1017).  Pre-licensed members and associates may earn hours of experience for attending CAMFT workshops as approved by their supervisors.

Presenter Opinions and Sensitive Materials Disclaimer: Some workshops may include highly sensitive material. Presenters may express a wide variety of opinions and views which do not necessarily represent the opinions and views of CAMFT and/or you as an individual. The presenters were selected because of their expertise in their respective subject areas and to provide you with a diversity of views on a variety of topics to enhance your conference experience.

Refunds/Cancellations: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by CAMFT on or before Friday, April 28, 2017. The Administrative fee for cancellation shall be $25 for each day of a paid event. This fee will be deducted for cancellation of any paid event through the cancellation deadline. There will be no refunds on requests received after Friday, April 28, 2017.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks.

Grievances: While CAMFT goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the CAMFT staff which will require intervention and/ or action on the part of the staff. Procedural guidelines handling for such grievances can be found at www.camft.org under "Education."

Special Needs: Facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. Special needs requests will be fulfilled if received prior to Friday, April 14, 2017.

Private Functions: In the interest of the success of the Annual Conference, attendees and exhibitors must agree not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage absence of attendees from the Annual Conference’s official planned activities or exhibit hall during the official hours of the convention and exhibit hall. Anyone hosting a function or reserving function space in conjunction with the Annual Conference must receive prior approval from CAMFT.

Canvassing or Distribution: No canvassing or distribution of materials is allowed at the Annual Conference by anyone who has not pre-purchased an exhibitor or sponsorship opportunity.

Exhibit Hall Disclaimer: Products and services displayed in the Exhibit Hall or advertised in this program occur by contractual business arrangements between CAMFT and participating companies and organizations. These arrangements do not constitute or imply CAMFT’s endorsement of these products and services. Further, CAMFT cannot make specific recommendations for such products, programs, or services.

Consent to Use of Photographic and Video Images: CAMFT and its affiliates may be photographing, videotaping, audiotaping or webcasting CAMFT meetings, activities, and CAMFT-sponsored events.
