Members may submit a formal proposal to the Board for review at their September 15-16, 2018 Board meeting. Proposals submitted to the Board no later than close of business on August 1, 2018 will be placed on the meeting agenda for review by the Board at the September 15-16, 2018 Board meeting. At that time, the Board will make a decision regarding whether or not they will pursue the issue raised in your proposal. Members submitting proposals will be notified of the Board’s decision within two weeks after the Board meeting.
