FREE DIGITAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH APPLICATIONS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) launched two free web- and app-based behavioral health services platforms for California families with kids, teens, and youth adults ages 0-25. The two platforms, BrightLife Kids (ages 0-12) and Soluna (ages 13-25), offer one-on-one support with live wellness coaches, educational content, assessments and tools, care navigation services, peer communities, and crisis and safety resources.

These platforms are intended to be an added layer of early behavioral health support for students and youth and not meant to supplant mental health services or crisis care. Click here to read more about these platforms and see if they may be of resource to your clients.
