CAMFT’s PAC is an important tool to help raise financial resources for the political campaigns of candidates that exhibit an understanding and commitment to further the professions of MFTs. It is critical to the success of our members that we have elected officials in office whose values and beliefs are aligned with our association’s goals and those of all MFTs. CAMFT is evaluating ways to increase member involvement including solicitation letters, a video on the importance of PACs, and using Assocation standard practices, like nominal opt-out donation bars.
