Dr. Mia Fine (they/she) is an AAMFT clinical supervisor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both private practice and group practice (PNW Sex Therapy Collective) in Seattle, Washington.
As a holistic, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed therapist, Mia utilizes EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Wheel of Consent, DBT, and Transformative Justice in their therapeutic and educational work. Mia’s clients tend to be people navigating sexual health concerns, eroticism, intimacy, kink, LGBTQIA+ genders/orientations/sexualities, desire discrepancy, and folks navigating multiple intimate relationships. Mia is on the Pan Eros Board of Directors, an adjunct professor at Antioch University, and faculty at the Institute for Sexuality, Education, and Enlightenment (ISEE). This course covers common sexual dysfunctions that impact Assigned Female at Birth (AFAB) people with vulvas from a holistic perspective. Participants will learn the etiology and symptomatology of major medical conditions that contribute to sexual dysfunction, and explore the primary therapeutic models used to treat associated sexual health concerns.
