Membership Application

Important to Note: 

  • Membership begins on date application is received with payment however your billing period starts on the first day of the month you joined the following year.
  • Fill out the Same Application whether you are a Clinical Member, Pre-Licensed Member, Lifetime Member, or Affiliate Member.  You will be asked to indicate your Membership Type on the application. 
  • FREE Student Liability Insurance
  • All membership application fees and dues are non-refundable. 
  • Annual dues amount good through 12/31/2024

Clinical
Membership

Annual membership, unless otherwise noted, for a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Annual dues $214 plus $50 application fee.

 

Life
Membership

One-time fee of $3,210 (LMFT license must remain current for membership.) Application fee is waived.

Pre-Licensed
Membership

Annual membership for an LMFT registered associate or student enrolled in a degree program leading toward MFT licensure. $95 annual dues. There is no application fee for first time Pre-licensed applicants, however, if there is a lapse in membership a $50 application fee will be charged to rejoin.

Affiliate
Membership

Annual membership for a licensed professional or student in a related field (not working towards or holding an LMFT license). Annual Dues $214 plus $50 application fee.
