She is the author of “Fierce Love: Championing the Core Self to Transform Trauma and Pathogenic States (Piliero, 2021).”
Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT) is a bold new model of psychotherapy devoted to undoing the structure of the Wounded Self so that our patients can reclaim their birthright of love. In this workshop, SueAnne will show how to reclaim the Core Self through moment-to-moment microanalysis of actual therapy sessions and live demos. She will dive into clinical videotape, stopping at every intervention to explain how she finds her therapeutic target, chooses each specific intervention, and somatically encodes the healing to enhance memory and meaning reconsolidation. This workshop follows Part I, an Introduction to CSRT. Although attendance at Part I is highly recommended, it is not required.
