As part of the new supervision requirements this year, supervisors who began a new supervisory relationship starting January 1st, 2022 have 60 days to complete and submit a Supervisor Self-Assessment. Supervisors who have an existing supervisory relationship prior to January 1st, 2022, have until January 1st, 2023 to submit the form.

The BBS has recently shared the form for this self-assessment at https://www.bbs.ca.gov/pdf/forms/supervisor_self_assessment.pdf.

Once completed, supervisors can mail this form in to the BBS through the postal system or email it the BBS at BBS.SupSelfAssess@dca.ca.gov.
