Under SB 801, applicants, registrants, and licensees who have e-mail addresses were required to provide the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) with those e-mail addresses no later than July 1, 2022. These e-mail addresses will be considered confidential and will not be subject to public disclosure.
