Exciting scholarship and loan repayment opportunities are being offered by the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) for students and eligible health care professionals.

• Behavioral Health Scholarships Program – A scholarship program for students enrolled or accepted in an eligible behavioral health program. The application date for this program closes May 24, 2024.
• Golden State Social Opportunities Program – A scholarship program for students headed for clinical licensure. Former foster/homeless youth and community-based organization employees will receive priority. The application date for this program closes May 24, 2024.
• Licensed Mental Health Services Provider Education Program – A loan repayment program for eligible health care professionals. The application date for this program closes June 14, 2024.
