This session provides a deep dive into the curious habits of Gen Z-ers and reveals the unavoidable impact they are already having on how we need to re-think our member and leader recruitment effort — from client and member trends to their ever-increasing demands on authentic experiences. In this presentation, with real-world case studies and best practices, we’ll unpack ways to bridge the generational gap so that you are more effective as a Chapter Board and more successful in your leadership recruitment and membership outreach.  In this session you will learn: How to understand the needs and expectations of these generations in the workforce and as Chapter members and volunteers; How to build a compatible business strategy between the generations to keep them influenced and engaged; and How to get actionable steps to create an inclusive and engaging volunteer environment that drives success.
