Gen Z has arrived and has already changed the way we do business, outreach, and communicate. This session provides a deep dive into the curious habits of Gen Z-ers and reveals the unavoidable impact they are already having on how we need to re-think our member and leader recruitment effort — from client and member trends to their ever-increasing demands on authentic experiences. In this presentation, with real-world case studies and best practices, we’ll unpack ways to bridge the generational gap so that you are more effective as a Chapter Board and more successful in your leadership recruitment and membership outreach.
