Topic 1: “Gen Y & Gen Z Chapter Influencers: Engaging Across the Generations”

Gen Z has arrived and has already changed the way we do business, outreach, and communicate. This session provides a deep dive into the curious habits of Gen Z-ers and reveals the unavoidable impact they are already having on how we need to re-think our member and leader recruitment effort — from client and member trends to their ever-increasing demands on authentic experiences. In this presentation, with real-world case studies and best practices, we’ll unpack ways to bridge the generational gap so that you are more effective as a Chapter Board and more successful in your leadership recruitment and membership outreach.  In this session you will learn: How to understand the needs and expectations of these generations in the workforce and as Chapter members and volunteers; How to build a compatible business strategy between the generations to keep them influenced and engaged; and How to get actionable steps to create an inclusive and engaging volunteer environment that drives success.

Topic 2: "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion"
Attendees are invited to share how their Chapters are addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging. Join your peers to share and learn from each other about programs and policies that encourage representation and participation of your diverse chapter membership.

Topic 3: "Financial Management for Chapters" 
Attendees are invited to learn/share how they as small, medium, or large-sized Chapters maintain accurate financial records, follow solid internal control procedures, be fully informed of current performance,  comply with governmental regulations, deposit  funds promptly, and make payments only after proper authorization and approval.
