CAMFT’s Legal Team has been thoroughly reviewing this issue, and will be sending a letter to CareDash addressing our concerns. We will continue to review and monitor, and will keep members apprised of any updates. We have also put together a short article that provides the legalities of data scraping and recommendations for our members on actions they can take with regards to their information on public sites, including CareDash and other directory/review sites, which can be accessed here.
