CAMFT HIRES LMFT AS PRE-LICENSEE LIAISON

Dr. Christie Kederian is the new Educational Outreach Liaison for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Her role will be focused on creating relevant content, trainings and community for the pre-licensed members of CAMFT. Christie has diverse experience in the mental health field, including extensive expertise in the eating disorder treatment community, school-based therapy for children and adolescents, and organizational leadership. She is a member of the San Gabriel Valley chapter of CAMFT where she has served as previous board member at large and newsletter chairperson. Christie is also a relationship and dating expert, previously working as a professional matchmaker for eHarmony and Match.com's matchmaking service, and she continues to work with couples and singles in relational therapy and coaching. She is a "Triple Trojan" receiving her Bachelor's, Master's & doctoral degree at the University of Southern California in Organizational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. Christie focused her research on intergenerational trauma and overcoming barriers to leadership and career growth, and she's excited to share her knowledge and expertise with the pre-licensed community.
